On Day 2 of the 2nd International Conference on Children’s Rights 2025, The Cyberculture Foundation had the privilege of presenting reflections on our Moot Court Competition on Cyberbullying, held in October 2024.
Our founder, Prof. Noluxolo Gcaza, together with our brand strategist, Avuya Shibambu shared how learners from 12 different schools engaged with a cyberbullying hypothetical case—arguing before judges, learning about their rights, identifying the gaps in our justice system, and showing remarkable collaboration and peer support throughout the process.
This initiative was made possible through the incredible support of our partners, who believed in the vision of empowering young people to become advocates for safer digital spaces.
We are honored that the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund recognized the impact of this work and expressed interest in making the Moot Court Competition one of the main activities for next year’s conference. 🌍✨
